3. Never ask for pay, promotion, or rights. These are earned.

4. Do not use red or black chat colours.

5. No double-jobbing. (working at two or more agencies at once)

6. Only those with the RANK SELLER badge may sell ranks.

Never sell ranks if you are not authorised - serious consequences follow.

7. Poaching is prohibited.

8. Self-promotion is prohibited.

9. Uniforms must be worn by recruits only

FTF - Fill the Front (Cadet must fill the front desk)

FTS - Fill the Security (Fill the Security Station near the Banners)

FTB - Fill the Back (AFK/await instruction)

BTB - Back to Base (return to HQ immediately)

ATT - Attention (stand, wave then say "Yes Sir/Ma'am")

AE - At Ease (return to your task)

If someone from the lobby is interested in joining us, first ensure their account is older than 3 days - check their profile.

Then follow the B.U.M. method:

Badge - Ask them to join the RPA Main ID Badge

Uniform - Ask them to double click the mannequin for their uniform

Motto - Ask them to change their motto to: [RPA] Cadet

Once B.U.M. is complete, send the Intern to security using :in

This command works only when both of you are seated at FTF.

Our pay hours run daily at the following times:

12:00-1:00

1:00-2:00

6:00-7:00

7:00-8:00

(All times are based on EST and apply to both AM and PM sessions.)

Standard Pay

Non-IC employees earn 3 points per completed pay hour.

IC members earn 4 points per completed pay hour.

Bonus Pay

Bonus pay is available between the main pay hours.

Staff may earn up to 2 bonus points per hour during bonus periods.

A maximum of 8 bonus points can be earned per day.

You may only claim 4 hours per day.

Expectations During Pay

All staff participating in pay are expected to:

1. Comply with all RPA procedures and policies

2. Remain active and present in base

3. Follow all commands and instructions given by the host

4. Maintain professionalism at all times

Welcome to the RPA Security Division Training.

My name is [Trainer Name], and I will be leading today's session.

Security members play an important role in the base.

Your responsibility is to monitor the entrance system and ensure that everyone entering the headquarters follows the required standards.

Before we begin, please follow these rules during the training:

• Stay seated at all times

• Do not move unless instructed

• Avoid going AFK during the session

• Only speak when you are asked a question

As a member of Security, your job is to check individuals who arrive at the Security Station.

Whenever someone reaches your station, follow these steps:

First, check their B.U.M., which stands for:

• Badge

• Uniform (new cadets only)

• Motto

Next, ask the individual to whisper the username of the person who promoted them.

After that, open the Portal Security Search to confirm their information.

Once everything has been verified, use the correct command:

:green - All information is correct → Send them to FTB

:yellow - They are a verified Intern → Send them to Training

:red - Their information is incorrect or incomplete → Send them back to the Lobby

After processing them, remind the individual to walk to the front desk.

Always greet members politely when they arrive on the rollers before checking them.

Also keep in mind:

• Only allow one person to pass through the station at a time.

• If two people enter at once, politely ask one of them to type :exit

The Portal is the tool used to verify member records and promotions.

Before using it, make sure you have created your account.

If you do not yet have one:

1. Go to the official RPA Portal website: rpa|habbobites|com

2. Click register

3. Follow the instructions

After logging in, locate the Security Search feature.

Steps to perform a search:

1. Open the Portal Dashboard.

2. Click security search on the left side of the screen.

3. Type the username of the person you are checking.

4. Review the information displayed on their profile.

This information will confirm whether the person is allowed to enter the base.

Running a portal search is extremely important for maintaining order within RPA.

It helps us verify that members:

• Are not working for multiple agencies

• Have not promoted themselves

• Have legitimate promotion records

Every person attempting to enter the base must be checked through the system.

If their rank and promoter match the portal information, they may proceed.

If something does not match, it could be an error or a rule violation.

When you are unsure, contact a member of Command division or higher for assistance.

Security staff use colored commands to control access to the base.

GREEN COMMAND

Use :green when the member has:

• The correct badge

• The correct uniform

• The correct motto

• A verified promotion record

This allows them to continue into the base.

YELLOW COMMAND

Use :yellow when the individual is an [RPA] Cadet

Even if their motto says Intern, you must still perform a portal search.

If the search shows no issues and their B.U.M. is correct, they may proceed to the training area.

RED COMMAND

Use :red if the person:

• Is missing required B.U.M. elements

• Is denied entry through the portal

• Shows suspicious or incorrect information

When using this command, politely instruct them to return to the front desk.

There are two new commands you should know that involve this division:

While seated at the trainer desk, say :gate to let someone pass through for the check.

Use command :train to send someone to the training room.

Your trainee will now enter the teleporter.

Use command :red to send someone back to the lobby.

Use command :check to check which training did the employee complete.

This is important - it tells us who trained each cadet, otherwise newly trainees cant enter the HQ

Let's set up your tag:

1. Go to RPA|habbobites|com and sign in

3. Enter the desired promotion tag. If it doesn't save, try a different one.

3. If it shows green, you can promote them.

4. If no promotion option appears, they are not eligible.

Please ensure you've met the requirements to promote someone.

Failure to follow the promotion policy may result in warnings or disciplinary action.
